WELCOME DRINKS
Location: LOS BAR
LOS Bar is located upstairs, above sAME sAME restaurant.
Shop AM3 Ada Lane,46 James St, Fortitude Valley
Time: 2.30pm - 7pm
Join us to kick off the celebrations with some cocktails and canapés on us. We will have the bar to ourselves until 6pm, after this it will open to the public however, we are welcome to stay.
Dress Code: Resort Chic (refer to dress code section below)
For those staying at the Calile, check in is from 2pm.
SUNDAY, 8 MARCH
WEDDING DAY
THE CEREMONY
Location: The Calile Hotel - Rooftop
Time: Please arrive by 3.30pm for a start time of 4pm.
Weather: Please note that location may change to an indoors location within the hotel if weather does not allow for a rooftop ceremony. We will let you know the morning off the 8th if this is required.
THE RECEPTION
Location: The Calile Hotel - Amphitheatre
Time: Following the ceremony until midnight.
Weather: The reception dinner will take place outside (weather permitting) please ensure you check the weather and bring a jacket if required.
Dress code: Outdress the bride and groom (see more details below).
MONDAY, 9 MARCH
THE DAY AFTER (Public holiday in Melbourne)
There won’t be an official recovery as we know Walter can’t handle hangover, however you may find us spending some time poolside if the sun is shining.
If you are staying at the Calile, check out is 11am.

Elevated summer dressing with a relaxed edge. Think light tailoring, flowing dresses, breathable fabrics, and refined accessories, designed to suit warm evenings and Brisbane’s subtropical climate.
WEDDING DAY
Outdress the bride and groom.
Black tie for men.
For women: fashion-forward eveningwear. Floor-length gowns or statement looks are encouraged. We want confident, considered, and suited to Brisbane’s warm, subtropical climate.

DRESS CODES
March weather in Brisbane can be warm or wet. We plan to host both our ceremony and reception outdoors on the rooftop, weather permitting. Should Mother Nature have other plans, all events will move indoors at The Calile Hotel. However, with outdoor elements planned throughout the day, we suggest light fabrics and footwear suited to terrace settings.

To allow everyone to relax and enjoy the celebrations, we’ve chosen to make both our welcome drinks and wedding day adults only, so you really enjoy a margarita or three.children
