WHERE TO STAY IN BRISBANE
THE CALILE HOTEL
Both our ceremony and reception will take place at The Calile, our favourite place to land for a weekend. We know staying at the hotel may not suit everyone’s budget (it is on the expensive side, we all know Walter has expensive taste) so as a small thank you, we’ve secured a limited number of rooms at a preferred rate. If you’d like to stay at The Calile, please use the link below to book, with a 15% discount already applied.
Please note there is a two-night minimum stay. Rooms are limited, so we recommend booking early.

THINGS TO DO IN BRISBANE
James Street is our home base for the weekend and one of Brisbane’s best precincts for eating, drinking, and shopping. Below are a few of our favourites, all within easy walking distance.
RESTURANTS
Thai inspired Asian Fusion right next to the Calile Hotel. Some of the best Thai we’ve ever had. Make sure you get the chicken bao bun burger and you can thank us later.
Italian style food with a NYC style fit out. Order the vodka pasta and a martini and you won’t be disappointed.
For those that love sushi and Japanese cuisine, this is the place for you.
Modern Italian with a very cool fit out.
Not for the vegetarians, this restaurant serves us some of the best steak we’ve had. Not cheap, but worth it.
An amazing bakery and coffee, just a short walk from the Calile so you can get your steps up on the way.
MESSINA
The best ice cream. No notes.
